Earlier this week, Judge Lee Yeakel ruled one part of Texas’ abortion bill unconstitutional. Now, just a few days later the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed his ruling, meaning that one third of Texas’ remaining abortion clinics must stop providing their services immediately.
