I met Alex Vega for the first time in October of 2007. She'd commented on my L Word recaps and my best friend Haviland followed a link from Alex's comment to Alex's portfolio and then somehow convinced this stranger from Long Island to design her new website and logo! She showed me Alex's MySpace page and I thought she looked cute so I invited myself to their meeting and it wasn't long before she was designing merch for my blog.
