The Comment Awards Are Sweeping the Competition This Award Season

Hello, dazzling and radiant queer champions!

This week, we laughed and cried together during one of the most inclusive televised award shows to date and then blinked before raging at the 2015 Oscar nominations. Upside to popular media: Glee is back, and you have at least three reasons to watch it with the return of Quinn, Santana and Brittany. Speaking of guilty pleasures, you now have a space to openly convey your love for Bruce Springsteen.

Our first two Recamps were posted, bringing waves of happy nostalgia and excitement for the future.

Mey gave us a new favorite comic! Mari gave us some tips for being a better trans ally, and Maddie reminded us that justice is vital and necessary for incarcerated trans women. We talked about the science behind queer lady baby-making and learned about a wonderful queer-owned startup by women.

We worked through being productive with ADHD, and Rachel made everyone’s mind more beautifully stress-free for the upcoming week.

  1. A comment award! I feel like I’ve arrived on AS now.

My resolution to comment more is paying off.

  2. If I’m only remembered for saying one thing ever, that’s the thing. In fact, if I decide to be buried, it’s going on my tombstone.
