    “Working on it” made me so motivated to start working out, but soon after I started I got a cold. This keeps happening when I try to become healthier and it’s really annoying. What do you guys do to get back on track? And do you know if it’s better to take long walks etc to stay active while you’re too sick to work out, or is it better to rest until it’s definitely over?
