UNICORN PLAN-IT is a tight little comedy best described as Modern Family meets The Office meets “a bunch of hot lesbians in Los Angeles.” Has anyone made a real comedy about that last one? Three co-workers, one crazy boss and one enlightened fairy-tale-haired spiritual healer face the slings and arrows of everyday life as event planners and ladylovers. This show is written, directed, produced and edited by Real Lesbian Females who want to make you laugh, make you proud of who you are and generally make your life better in every way. Who are these females? The fantastic cast includes Haviland Stillwell (TV/Broadway Actressrecording artist, voice of Raquelle on Barbie: Life In The Dreamhouse),  Ashley Reed (screenwriter/producer, playwright, once recorded a song for you), Sarah Croce (Actress, Miss AprilGirl TalkFake-Whitney), comedian Sherri D. Sutton, and actors Amir Levi and Catherine Wadkins. Season 2 also promises guest appearances by Oscar Nominee Bruce Dern (Big Love, Monster) and Deborah S. Craig (Hart of Dixie). And for this season, Director K. Rocco Shields of WingSpan Pictures has joined the unicorn team!

    • That line made me laugh so hard!!! Ashley Reed (Vick) is HEE Freaking larious!!!! I die over everything that comes out of her mouth every episode!!!!! She’s my absolute fave!!!

      • maybe second to “you’re one actress away from a manson-family situation in there!” with the third-world/going down on keesha comment a close third.

goodness, it just keeps getting better.

  2. The best one yet! Writing is brilliant. Love the scene in the garage/office. Superb dialogue! Hysterical with the up and down garage clicker! Actors are all spot on. We ALL know these folks. Thanks to the producers…and Kim Rocco Shields…and the amazing crew….job well done…by the way, I’m Haviland’s mamaleh…not that THAT has anything to do with the sheer perfection of this series..proud of my girly-girl…and all her company!!!

  3. YOU GUYS

how do you keep getting funnier and funnier every time. how do you do it. how. tell me your secret.

  4. What if I said my favorite part was Brittani. I mean, the whole episode was amazing, but my favorite part of life is Brittani.

  5. I don’t know what to say because I watched this while translating some sex ed docs for work this afternoon and now UPI is forever memory-filed next to an in detail explanation of the difference between high libido and persistent arousal in Spanish. Good company all around.

  6. Yeah I totally squeeled (yes, squeeled) with delight right in the middle of a lecture when I saw this was up! Hilarious, as always :-D

  7. “You dropped me? That’s probably why my head hurts.”

Also does Keesha’s shirt say “Sunday Funday”?

AND she quoted Lil Wayne! Total show stealer in this episode.

So much of this makes my insides happy with joy.

  8. “You’re useless to me when on tequilia. I dropped you like a robe.” That’s probably my favorite line. Great writing!!
