NSFW Lesbosexy Sunday Is Sleeping Naked

Welcome to NSFW Sunday!

+ If having sex for fun isn’t a good enough reason to have sex, here are ten others, including preventing heart disease, acting as a painkiller, reducing stress, making you feel better about yourself and more:

“Bad sex can make you feel bad about yourself — but good sex can do just the opposite, especially for women. As Planned Parenthood reports, ‘One study of young married women found that positive sexual experiences with a partner may increase self-esteem.; That doesn’t mean you need a hand from someone else: ;a correlation was also found between masturbation and self-esteem — women who reported masturbating scored higher on the self-esteem index than women who did not report masturbating.'”

+ Reasons female nudity can be powerful, in light of ongoing discussions about female nudity:

“1. Women too often are made to embody male power, honor and shame. It’s not good for us. Our bodies, and the bodies of people who are gender fluid and non-binary conforming, are sites of moral judgment in ways most men’s are not, especially in public and in protest. Some of us experience our bodies, in particular our nudity, as objects of repression, oppression and powerlessness. Representing them as no one’s but our own, counter to prevailing representations, is important.”

+ Is it a date or not a date? No one knows:

“I mean, it’s fairly obvious that the difference between “dating” and “hanging out” is an arbitrary semantic boundary that not even the wisest and most experienced among us can parse. With that said, though, that indefinable demarcation does showcase a very particular logical assumption — namely that “hanging out,” is idle time, time spent for the sake of spending it; no pressure, whatever, whereas “dating” is serious business.”

+ From “1 Percent Adaptable,” by Nicole Wolfe, in Twice the Pleasure: Bisexual Women’s Erotica:

“Laura jumped as Marie’s thumbs brushed her clit. She clenched the sheets and felt her pussy pulling in Marie’s fingers. Her breath quickened and she clamped her eyes shut, trying not to think about it. She didn’t want to admit it. She thought if she held back, maybe Marie would realize…

Marie did realize exactly what was happening. Laura knew it. Laura knew Marie had felt how wet and hot she’d become since the first kiss on her hand. Laura knew that Marie had her close. She knew Marie was aware of how much she was enjoying this and how much she needed this.

Her tiny tongue. Such a small thing, but so warm and strong and practiced. Her tiny tongue on Laura’s hard clit while her three fingers fucked her. Her hot mouth clamped on her now and a flood of come unleashed down her throat. Laura let loose with a cry that could be heard down the hall. She flamed on to Marie’s head with one hand and bucked her pussy on her little pretty face. She held nothing back.”

I would love to read more about practicing nudity as a way of personal affirmation and celebration of self and connection with nature and life. Nudity is sensual not always about sex but about celebration we need more celebration! As a masseuse and yoga teacher I would love women to be more loving and accepting of their bodies
