No Filter: Bella Thorne Wins the Thirst Games

Good morrow! This week in news, Emma Roberts got wasted with Kristen Stewart, Kailyn from Teen Mom 2 maybe has a girlfriend and Bella Thorne made out with Tana Mongeau. Was it for likes on social media or are these two dating? All I know is that this kiss looks very uncomfortable and like it involves a lot of teeth-smashing. In the meantime, I took a field trip to Los Angeles and spent the whole time hunting for celesbians. I hear all the famous and important queer women were hanging at Cuties this week, but I didn’t have much luck.

I SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN LOS ANGELES

OK, when I was in LA I did see Mallory Ortberg in Los Feliz but I didn’t want to be weird. I hope she bought this belt buckle though.

Gaby Dunn is about to become even more unbearable ?.

When I fly, I look like something that was scraped off the bottom of someone’s shoe, and Samira Wiley looks like this.

Ellen Page and Kiersey Clemons, being very casual and chill.

She’s a punk rocker yes she is.

ERWB seems to have had the most badass 30th birthday possible, which seems on brand.

Join us next week, by which time I assume Gaby Dunn will refuse to be referred to as anything other than New York Times Bestselling Author Gaby Dunn.

  1. Mallory Ortberg is now recapping the new Star Trek and revealing herself to be a huge Star Trek fan so basically that combined with everything else happening right now = Mallory Ortberg ruining my fucking life with perfection.

    • WHAT?! Will the new Star Trek make sense if you don’t know the others? I would definitely watch it just to keep track of Mallory’s recaps.

      • I think so? It’s set before The Next Generation was, and so far it’s pretty different than all the other series I’ve seen. You should give it a try! The recaps are on Vulture.

      • Having watched all of the series except the first prequel and this remake/prequel what have you, it’s designed for newbies and casual viewers and based before all of the series started so you can jump into it without any prior knowledge.

    • Mallory is young enough to be my kid, but goddamn her femme-leaning presentation was cute, and so is her tomboy aspect. Since I’m a femme-appreciating butch myself, my finding other tomboy-types “cute” is UNUSUAL. Then she’s funny, intelligent, can write eloquently and wittily, and ran a website I still miss every damn day. Not to mention her nerd side.

I need a cold shower and some serious de-creepifying of self.

  2. *Emma Roberts got wasted with Kristen Stewart AND BILLIE LOURD.

That is one RBF party I’d do a multitude of unsavory things to crash.

  3. I would definitely let Mallory ruin my life.

In addition to Star Trek, she is also one of the authors in the new Star Wars: From a Certain Point Of View anthology. ALL OF MY FAVE STAR STUFF.

  4. I see Bella Thorne is still going through her self-destructive Lohan phase. And making out with another trash person who freely throws around racial slurs like she’s Pew Dee Pie. Shocking.

    • I’m generally glad I’m not famous, but I’m totally glad I’m not famous, and young in the modern age where you can’t hide shit.

  5. Speaking of Best Selling Author Gabby Dunn, Autostraddle mentioned that Maggie West has an feminist art exhibit this Sunday that I am hopefully planning to go. It features from my understanding Gabby Dunn(its nsfw if you get curious and google it), and a few other No Filter regulars that I hope to accidentally run into. Wish me luck.

Can Laura Jane Grace and Even Rachel Wood get any cooler? Cause those last two pictures had me just swoon and turn into a puddle of queer.
