  1. I’ve read a couple of your articles and honestly they are god awful. Probably why you turn your comments off because you can’t even listen to people criticize your bad writing and super biased options. I won’t be reading autostraddle anymore if this is the kind of writers they have

  2. Sorry, but Gonzo is not and has never been non binary. If anything, throughout all of his appearances in movies and TV, he is portrayed as being on the autistic spectrum.
    He is unaware of saying inappropriate things, is very much into his craft and has always been an outsider/weirdo, and the other muppets accept him.

    I really identified with him when I was younger as I’m on the spectrum myself. But I think it’s dangerous to confuse kids who are autistic with transgenderism or non binary.
    Gonzo’s autistic traits are way more consistent with the “non binary” issue. The muppet babies revelation is too out of the blue.
