If I ruled the world, we would have Breakfast for lunch, breakfast for dinner and then also have breakfast for after-dinner mints. Then we’d wake up the next day and be like, “oh man, I’m glad it’s the morning, because that means it’s time for Breakfast for Breakfast!” Because one good thing about breakfast being a morning affair is that it is chock-full of opportunities to eat something that’ll get your brain and energy totally stoked to seize the day.   1. So many of these look really good. Particularly excited about the egg muffins.

    Some of these recipes make me feel very clueless about food. Like, when did bee pollen become an actual food and not a thing for bees? Don’t bees need it? (Not criticism, more reflection on my own cluelessness.)

  2. I’ll know I’ve made it in life when I have the time/life skillz to have a hot breakfast on a non-weekend morning.

  3. I love how these range from “I would never eat that” to “I could actually make this in the morning and not want to die a little.” I have problems eating in the morning and also mustering the time and energy to even make food.

    • a lot of these can be made the night before, and then the next day you wake up and are like “thank you, self, for making me breakfast.” or “thank you, wonderful partner / friend / rommate for making us breakfast.”
