Marwa is a Sudanese-American writer, organizer and producer who explores narratives of migration across the African diaspora. Through a post-colonial feminist framework, she centers Black queer identity at the intersection of technology, wellness and culture. Her work investigates the nuances of connection and intimacy across generations, landscapes, and political hemispheres. Marwa holds a BA in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies from Boston College and has 10 years experience in direct-service and movement-based organizing.
