Some Questions For Phoebe Waller-Bridge From “Fleabag”

No reason, but where would you say you fall on the Kinsey Scale, if you subscribe to that sort of thing?

No reason, but how strong would you say your marriage is?

Some people say “life is in the details,” and I’m curious for no reason, but what would you say you’re doing every moment of every day, like starting from the moment you get up to the moment you put you head on the pillow again some 12 to 16 hours later?

No reason, but what do you dream about? Some people don’t like to hear other people’s dreams, but in this scenario, your dreams, what is every one you’ve ever had in your entire life?

No reason, but say someone were to get a pair of pants tailored for you, what would you say your waist, length and inseam are?

No reason, but same concept, but for your neck? Not like, pants for your neck, but that’s a funny image, isn’t it? We’re having fun. No reason, but would you say we’re having fun? Anyway, question within a question here, but back to the original one: how long would you say your neck is?

No reason, but where would you say you hang out?

No reason, but when would you say you’re going to be on social media, if at all?

No reason, but have you ever considered recording an audio book that someone could potentially play as they went to sleep?

No reason, but do you need an American visa?

  1. I did not watch fleabag because wife saw first ep and said not to bother.

Do I need to have words with wife?

    • I disliked the first episode and then waited months until it was recommended by way too many smart folks, then binged the rest and absolutely loved it. So a shaky start and an incredible series.

  2. I support this. Like if next camp Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Erin were just walking around all low-key hand in hand I wouldn’t even be surprised.

      • I’d like to think we can all achieve our dreams. & you dug a hole in the ground and breathed into it for half an hour for a column so I know you’re willing to go the distance for what you believe in.

If it means anything, the theatre in London that helped her develop the idea as a stage play first is hella gay.

    Like, super super gay.

    It’s such a supportive creative environment y’all.

  4. No reason, but how can you always be so perfect Erin?

(and I loved loved loved Fleabag, go watch it everyone)

  5. My partner and I were getting the same rainbowy vibes as we were watching the show. It is pretty great! Side note, I love this post. I was snickering while I was reading the whole thing.

  6. El

When she was in Broadchurch a couple of years back I thought a lot about questions one and two…

  7. I must have stumbled into a club I wasn’t aware of because I am so confused… (O_o)

    • Fleabag is a British(?) show on Netflix and I haven’t gotten into it yet because the first ep didn’t pull me in but now I will def. revisit it!

      • Yes, a British show made originally for the BBC.
If you’re a Brit and haven’t yet seen it, the boxset is still on BBCiplayer to binge.

        This show is a grower.

  8. HAHAHA no reason but are you starting a podcast soon? Will it be weekly or possibly more frequently?

  9. Reading this is kind of surreal as I used to work at the theatre that first produced Fleabag (when it was a one-woman-play) – its strange that its now made its way to America!

The success couldn’t be happening to a nicer person though. She’s absolutely charming IRL.
