I tore through those books with the fervor of a kid who couldn’t wait for freedom, and I always wondered about the author, Ann M.     I’m a genXer who missed The Babysitter’s Club phenom but the description is spot on.

  10. This was so cute and the 90s references were spot-on! I got Claudia and the New Girl, which sounds about right as an artsy kid who had subliminal crushes on cool girls I’d just met.
    Also, RIP Borders Books & Music, I miss ye still!
