I would like more information on the ps. Like, I’m assuming you don’t just plop down spoonfuls of the cake batter and get delicious cookies—or do you? I don’t know how baking works.
This is the recipe I usually use, with the following changes:
– I use bread flour instead of regular flour (it works fine with regular flour – bread flour makes cookies chewier and that’s the texture I like:) )
– I chill the dough a couple hours to overnight (again, makes them chewier)
– I add in a chopped up white chocolate bar (because it’s delicious)
