Phoebe is known for being a dyke with a mic. She's co-produces The Heart, an award-winning Radiotopia podcast about intimacy & power, and co-created an audio art project called bitchface with Nicole Kelly. She records oral history interviews with tenants for the Anti-Eviction Mapping Project and dreams up exciting new art projects with friends from atop her velvet tuffet in Los Angeles.
