About Me

About Me	I don’t know how I stumbled upon Autostraddle, but I liked what I read so far – so here’s my brand-new account. I’m majoring in English & Philosophy, so what I write should be fairly accurate most of the time. If it isn’t, blame it on me being a night-owl and not a native speaker :) As far as queer life is concernced, a lot of people seem to think that college is the Holy Grail – strangely enough, I came out at my high school, but I haven’t felt the need to be out here. I guess that’s because my last relationship was a complete desaster (which is why I checked “rebounding” even though it felt a little exaggerated) and I was quite content to be single. What else? I love pet rats and used to have a pack of six. As soon as I know I’ll have enough time to take care of them, I’ll find some new rats who need a home (e.g. marooned rats, lab rats). I went vegan when I was 19 and before that I was vegetarian for 7 years. I love piercings, I already have 2 Helices on each side and am planning on getting 1 Rook and 1 Conch in each ear. I also like tattoos – right now I have 1 behind each ear, but I’m sure they’ll accrue with time ;)
