About Me

About Me

I am currently a student at a small university in Kansas City. I’m studying film with a minor in women & gender studies! I also work part time at a coffee shop. If you want to get to know me (as much as one can via the internet) we’ll start here:
I am a passionate woman who is so attracted to other passionate women!
Some of my passions include:
1) Music- I front a band called Miry Wild. Writing songs has been such a consistent part of my life that I literally could not imagine who I would be without that. I fall madly in love with music that moves me and I believe it is one of the most powerful forces to exist in humanity… I love to create visual art and write poetry as well. And I LOVE DANCING.
2) Beautiful People- And when I say beautiful, I’m not talking about aesthetics. Relationships are so precious to me and I adore those souls who can’t help but be radiant, honest, and loving.
3) Nature- The night sky takes my breath away! The beauty of nature blows my mind and I could get lost in it forever. I believe that the earth was created by a God who appreciates beauty.
4) Learning- I absolutely love learning, be it in school or simply from knowledgeable individuals. Academically, I love studying women’s history, literature, art, and political science. Creatively, I’m ALWAYS striving to open myself up to new possibilities. I love change and I dislike feeling stagnant.

I feel so limited having to describe myself in so little words! Oh yeah… I’m very passionate about words as well :) I would love to have a conversation with anyone who is interested! That would give us a chance to get to know each other better.
