NEW HOLIDAY MERCH ALERT: Gay Chaos Socks, Fresh Tees, Queer Hoodies, More Pronoun Pins, etc!

fresh juicy merch 4 you

You heard right — it’s the time of year where we serve up fresh, bright, zesty Autostraddle merch just in time for your holigay gifts list. As always we’re bringing you a f*ckton of new tees — including the next queer merch sure to baffle the heterosexuals — the Fisting 101 tee! We’re also very excited to be bringing back hoodies, and translating one of your all-time favorite designs into something warm to wear. It’s no surprise that Kayla Kumari has already brought her influence and style to the merch store by suggesting we create GAY CHAOS socks — what an absolute treat! I’m also so excited that we can finally offer many more pronoun pins and hilarious new stickers by some of our favorite queer artists.

  1. So pleased to see socks added!

For some reason I thought that the pandemic/all the lockdowns would mean that I would never need any new socks but actually what has happened is that all my socks now have holes in.

    • SALLY! i’m so sorry to hear about your sock holes but so excited to know that you can replace them with GAY socks! really the dream in general is to replace everything straight with gay. AMIRITE?

  2. Socks!!

Between my excitement over socks and the whole watching Xena when it aired thing, I feel fully qualified for the queer elder pin. Just trying to decide if I should take it off first or just lower my head in deference when I run into actual, much older than 40, queer elders.

    • chandra, i have great news for you. we decided to print them in black and white to see how they do and if they do well we have a whole kaleidoscope of colors waiting to be created. will share with A+ sometime!!

  3. i love all of these SO much! happy holigays!

wondering if you can tell us the manufacturer of the QAF vintage sweatshirt? different merch brands hit differently and it can be hard for me to choose between 2x and 3x!

(also, would love if these were listed on the wearable merch generally! :-*)

  4. I’ve already started heavily commenting on the pink “scissoring” shirt to my partner.

“Wow that pink really is my color”
“I always loved that pattern but I never managed to get it in my size which by the way is — ”
“It’s really too bad I’m already spending my money on very exellent Christmas presents and can’t buy it for myself”

    While I’m making that face : 😊😊😊
I’m so sly ! I really deserve to have a “Gay Chaos” sticker thrown in too.

  5. Uh oh…I wear a women’s 5/youth 3 for shoes, so it sounds like the socks won’t fit me! On the off chance that anyone with similarly tiny feet buys them anyway, could you update us with how they fit (and whether one of the styles runs smaller than the other)?
