50 Pumpkin Recipes That Will Put Your Latte to Shame

It’s our first food list of October! You know what that means:

pumpkin

Time for PUMPKIN, my little gourds. I had my first-ever pumpkin spice latte today and I’m going to be honest, I don’t really get what you guys see in them, I feel like maybe you just haven’t tried a dirty chai yet. But it doesn’t matter what I think about your expensive coffee drinks because there are SO MANY other incredible ways to eat pumpkin, from sweet to savory and back again. If all you’ve been doing with pumpkin is putting it in your coffee and your pie, you have not been living your best life. Here, let me show you. (Also, yes, there’s a homemade pumpkin spice latte on the list too. Eat (drink) your heart out.)

  1. If only this had come out 2 weeks ago!!! I just had a whole pumpkin themed party!!! It was delicious :)

  2. I just shed a single pumpkin spice flavored tear, this is such a beautiful compendium of autumnal love

I have to read this post by sweet then savoury.
So far the easiest looking sweet one with the quickest reward is the Pumpkin Pie French Toast. If I were to do a menu for a fall festival brunch feast it would be on it.
    *drooling*

  5. Ali

So much pumpkin! All look and sound so good I might have to get cooking!

  6. This is the first and probably only time in my life I will be called Rachel’s LITTLE GOURD ♥

  7. if anyone can find me a recipe equivalent to the pumpkin dumplings from dumpling man on st marks in nyc i will give that person my first-born child

i love those dumplings so much but i don’t even live on the east coast anymore :(

  8. Pumpkin is not even remotely in season here but I want to eat all of this

  9. Everything looks so delicious. I figured out how to use my little grown-up EasyBake (it looks like a George Foreman grill but for cupcakes) and I really want to try making these spiced pumpkin cupcakes but I’ve never seen pumpkin guts for sale here and I don’t know if it’s quite worth shelling out $50 for a Costco membership on the off chance that they sell it… (I mean, I could get other stuff at Coscto, but.)

  10. “Pumpkin” is one of those words that seems really weird and funny after you read it/hear it/say it over and over. Also, drool-inducing.
