Time for PUMPKIN, my little gourds. I had my first-ever pumpkin spice latte today and I’m going to be honest, I don’t really get what you guys see in them, I feel like maybe you just haven’t tried a dirty chai yet. But it doesn’t matter what I think about your expensive coffee drinks because there are SO MANY other incredible ways to eat pumpkin, from sweet to savory and back again. If all you’ve been doing with pumpkin is putting it in your coffee and your pie, you have not been living your best life. Here, let me show you. (Also, yes, there’s a homemade pumpkin spice latte on the list too. Eat (drink) your heart out.)
