  1. A friend of mine asked “why did gaga have on the period dress at the VMA’s?” I had an answer. “Why did gaga dress in that corset mask thing on the vma red carpet?” I had an answer. “What is poker face about?” I had an answer. She was like are you and gaga best friends? I said no, but I just get gaga. And if you don’t it’s your loss.

Even though I am a little upset with her right now, she is still pretty awesome.

  2. I don’t know if I “get” Lady Gaga, but visually, I love everything she does. What I don’t get, is her music. I just don’t like it.

There. I said it. You may now rip my heart out and crush it (I learned from Bones that hearts don’t break), but although this process has been very difficult, I feel it’s important that you know this essential part of my identity. I hope that one day, you can overcome our differences and love me for who I am.

    • I can understand you not always getting her music, because 60-65% of the time she is not really talking about anything of substance. You just hear it, love it or hate it, but don;t try to understand it or analyze it.

      • It’s more that I have different preferences, I guess. I’m more into punk rock stuff, which, obviously, Lady Gaga is not. It’s just a matter of taste, and I’m afraid I’m leaning more towards hate than love.

It’s not like I actually think it’s a big deal, I just think it’s a bit amusing how obsessed people are with her.
