It is not always easy to feel beautiful, especially when you don’t see enough people who look like you represented in mainstream media. @Aerie is helping to change that, and in honor of Mother’s Day, I’m taking the time to reflect on my mother, Dr. Christine Wiley, who taught me that my skin was beautiful and that I should celebrate it.
