The Lakeview Crew #6: Reunion

In a 12-panel black and whit comic, a friend comes to the door to tell Celeste that prisons have been abolished and her mom is coming home. Celeste and her mother cry together, hugging, at their reunion. Celeste wakes up from her happy dream — still in tears. But she hugs her pillow and reminds herself that this faraway reality won't be only a dream much longer.
