No Filter: Starring Tessa Thompson and Alia Shawkat in the Buddy Road Trip Movie of my Dreams

Your best friend Kristen Stewart is best known for publicly consorting with vampires and werewolves, but it turns out that in her private life she’s been creeping yet further into the social underworld. In a recent Vanity Fair cover story, Stewart was asked whether or not she believes in ghosts, and her response was… classic Stewart, to be honest. Like many paparazzo and Twilight fans, ghosts are constantly trying to check in on Kristen and see what she’s up to,

“I talk to them,” she admits. “If I’m in a weird, small town, making a movie, and I’m in a strange apartment, I will literally be like, ‘No, please, I cannot deal. Anyone else, but it cannot be me.'” This is also how I respond when literally anyone talks to me for literally any reason whatsoever.

“Who knows what ghosts are?” she wonders. “There is an energy that I”m really sensitive to. Not just with ghosts, but with people. People stain rooms all the time.”

People stain rooms all the time.
People stain rooms all the time.
People stain rooms all the time.

HEY HAVE YOU WATCHED A BLACK LADY SKETCH SHOW YET????? Brittani has a cameo in it! Also if you actually go back and watch this Words With Girls pilot you can watch me fail miserably at being an extra. Turns out I have no idea how to carry on a silent conversation.

  1. Bex Taylor-Klaus and Alicia Sixtos got engaged this weekend, and their IG accounts are full of adorable pix from their engagement party. They should be in this column!

  2. Stephanie Beatriz’s thirst traps are just cruel. My system cannot handle the hotness.

And, Stef, you pulled off the pretend hitting on the girl silent conversation JUST FINE!

  3. Somehow this is the first time it occurred to me I could follow Tessa Thompson on Instagram all on my own
