Bunny Mack (they/them) is an economist, writer, and the founder of ECON CLUB, the first finance club for the 99%. They were born and raised on the South Side of Chicago in a blue-collar family, where they learned contracts, negotiation, and money strategy through necessity, not inheritance.
Their work sits at the intersection of finance, culture, and power, helping high-visibility athletes and everyday people from the margins understand not just how money is spent, but how it moves and who it moves for. Whether someone is navigating contracts or just trying to make rent, pay for groceries, and keep relationships healthy at the same time, Bunny focuses on the real math of everyday life.
As a Black queer and nonbinary organizer, Bunny has spent over a decade working across movements for LGBTQIA+ liberation and racial justice, and that perspective shows up in everything they write about money, relationships, and autonomy. They are also the creator of Queer With Money™, a body of work that explores how finances shape desire, connection, and the choices we get to make in queer life.
Their work has been featured in Teen Vogue, Fast Company, NPR, and more. Their approach is simple: from the trenches to a tender way of living.
