This roundtable began as many things both great and cursed do — in a conversation in the Autostraddle Slack. We briefly touched on the worst songs we've fucked to, and then, as we so often do, concluded that this was, in fact, content. What has been produced here, though, is kind of a cursed object. It is problematic in both the correct use and incorrect use of the word. There's a lot here — little snapshots of moments in time — and the unavoidable truth that the same track from RENT appears twice. As Laneia, our Director of Operations put it, "This is what you put on to signal that everyone should leave the party immediately. Whoever’s still around by the time we make it to Johnny Cash isn’t invited over again."
