  1. I love these! Thank you Casey.

I got Hani and Ishu’s Guide to Fake Dating by Adiba Jaigirdar – it’s been on my radar and sounds super cute.

Also, I just read D’Vaughn and Kris plan a Wedding by Chencia C Higgins and it is super cute! The FF fake fiancées to win a reality TV show, ridiculously over the top fluffy romance I didn’t know I needed. And the main couple have so much Niecy Nash / Jessica Betts energy.

  2. the universe really wants me to read delilah greene! a publisher giveaway, my library newsletter, and now quiz results have all said to read it!

also thank you for the list of options! i’ve read fully half of them, love that for me

  3. This was fun! Question for Casey (or other readers): do you have any recs for romances featuring butch characters? I’m only recently getting into reading romance so not really familiar with what’s out there or where to look. Thanks!

  4. ‘Having to share a bed before you and your crush have admitted your feelings for one another and then lying there feeling the mounting sexual tension’ oh this option TOOK me places

I got The Perks of Loving a Wallflower by Erica Ridley! I’ve actually never consumed a piece of regency media in my life. Seems like a good enough start!

  5. Here I was literally pining away for a good wlw historical mystery thriller with costuming hijinks, AND YOU DELIVER!!! Seriously, I love regency rom com adventure tropes and now you give me one that has LESBIANS AND ALL MY FAVORITE TROPES. You are magic, and I love this website. Who needs to pay for psychics when autostraddle reads my mind like this?
