oh man i wish i could go back in time and tell past me that bc like i literally argued with my GP over the fact that the amount i was sleeping was Totally Fine and expected considering SAD being bad, chronic pain being bad and exhausting, and the meds for chronic pain causing drowsiness, so ok maybe things weren’t Totally Fine but they were Totally Understandable and we just needed to solve my chronic pain issues and adjust meds and it’d be Fine. (Yeah, turns out I have narcolepsy and like i had been living like that for so long I though that was normal and it absolutely wasn’t and shouldn’t have been my normal. Stimulants are so great guys.)
