  2. My psychologist recommended for me to do this with worrying! I never tried it because I don’t like the idea of worrying on purpose and would rather avoid it, but maybe one day I’ll be brave enough.

  3. I love this. I gave myself a whole day of that yesterday and I feel so much better for it. Feels like sad decadence.
