Christa Lei (they/them) is a writer based in New York. They acquire CNF at Blood Tree Literature and are Anodyne’s Community Curator. Christa’s work has appeared at Matador Network and in 45th Parallel, The Seventh Wave, and New Words Press, amongst others. Their fiction was a 2026 Tennessee Williams Fest Fiction finalist. Christa has been supported by Kenyon Review Workshop, POWERhouse Residency, McCormack Writers’ Center (fka Tin House), Studio Luce Guatemala, and DISQUIET, amongst others.
