Also, with regards to the preparations for winter. I started my daylight therapy two weeks ago, last year it seemed to help a lot. (I was still depressed, but at least I didn’t sleep >12 hours a day.) If you have trouble feeling awake in winter, hypersomnia, or depression – this might help for you.
