Why hello! I’m Jill.

I moved back to York, PA in the fall after spending a bit of time in Wilkes-Barre, PA while taking a hiatus from school because I have no clue what I want to do with my life. However, because I’ve been super bored doing next to nothing, this fall I’ll be transferring to Millersville University and hopefully getting my own place in Lancaster City.

About me: My life pretty much revolves around music and creativity. I play a bunch of instruments, which is a way for me to blow off steam and stay sane in this crazy world. I’m currently trying to start an all girl surf-rock/indie-pop band.

I recently left my job at Borders Books and Music for a barista position at Starbucks. #coffeeFTW!

I also enjoy watching movies in my Netflix que, cooking, reading indie music magazines, cuddling, microbrews and expensive vodka, visiting my friends in Philly for long weekends, riding with my windows down in the summer, going to museums/art galleries, coffee and conversation, blogging and blog reading, being a hopeless romantic, etc.

I’m Really Good At:
Dropping my cellphone in the toilet.
Being chivalrous.
Talking to people I don’t know.
Conversing about queer culture.
Cooking.
Making up words to songs on the radio.
Folding t-shirts.
Staying motivated.
Making people smile.
