Upon a slightly toasted ciabatta, a thin layer of butter is applied. Then a few slices of bacon, crispy on the outside but juicy in the middle, a layer of rocket salad, and a dash of mustard. Either that or a slightly toasted ciabatta with camembert, basil, sundried tomatos drizzled with olive oil. I like sandwiches.
