I live in Puerto Rico (most of the year) on an organic coffee farm with my partner who inherited the land from her grandfather. We are working to transition it into a polyculture based on permaculture principles. We hope to turn it into a source of fresh local food & coffee for the community and establish an education center as well.
I studied zoology at University and sometimes you’ll find me flitting around the world working in wildlife rehabilitation.
