I’m a college student, a music-listener, and an avid reader, but first and foremost a writer. I’m interested in queer and feminist theory, fantasy, sci-fi, and dancing (which is my favorite physical activity.) I am also a fan of roller coasters. And some other things, but that’s the bare-bones basics. I go by Rafi in most places. I’m kind of a huge nerd. I’m working on my first novel, with the ultimate goal of writing and creating media with accurate and plentiful representation for marginalized groups- we’ve come a long way, but not long enough! I’m very optimistic even when times are hard, and I’m a friendly person. I really like to hear about people’s stories and other points of view! Making friends and reading more of the fantastic articles that this site is so utterly chock full of is my main goal here- I kind of wish I could put a little question mark next to the “Looking for a girlfriend thing”. (Am I looking for a girlfriend, sort of? Yes, yeah, it’d be nice. Am I looking for one on this website right this instance? Not necessarily! These things just sort of happen most of the time, and I am usually not expecting that. Partially because I have no idea what flirting is, who even knows. No one knows! Anyone who claims to is faking it, probably.) Also, for the record- when I say business contacts I honestly just mean people to talk about writing and stories with.
