Hello! My name is Kristin Russo and I am a writer, speaker, educator and consultant with a focus on LGBTQ issues. I co-direct Autostraddle’s A-Camp, I co-founded Everyone Is Gay &  My Kid Is Gay and authored This is a Book for Parents of Gay Kids (Chronicle, 2014). I also worked as host and producer of First Person, a video series on gender and sexuality from PBS Digital and WNET & have a Master’s in Gender Studies from the CUNY Graduate Center.
Last but certainly not least, I co-host & produce of Buffering the Vampire Slayer alongside musician Jenny Owen Youngs, which was named one of Time’s Top 50 Podcasts of 2018 and selected as one of Esquire’s Top 10 Podcasts of 2018!
