American Gods by Neil Gaiman, about a million comics (see Queer Books) and I’m still really hung up on James Joyce’s Ulysses after studying it for an English seminar in college. Non-Queer comics that I love include Meredith Gran’s Octopus Pie and John Allison’s Bad Machinery. Also, I’ve recently become obsessed with Batman and Cassandra Cain as Batgirl.
