  1. I have never watched the L Word. But I got Micah.

“Listen, I know there are some of you out there who want to be destroyed by someone nice. Kill ‘em with kindness and all that! Micah is not going to ruin your life entirely like most of the other results on this quiz, but he will deliver the destruction you deserve with his irresistible good looks and good-boy charm. And who knows! Maybe he’s not such a good boy all the time! ;)”

  2. I got Helena – “For the purposes of this quiz, this is Helena before she’s disinherited. So what I’m saying is you want to be taken care of in all the ways but especially financially, baby. And who doesn’t!” Helena is my favourite character, but I do prefer her after she loses all her money/goes to jail. But I’ll take what I can get :)

  3. First time around I got a character too much like myself, so I had to go back and answer honestly (so I find physically hotness hot—what am I gonna do). Would definitely let Jodi destroy me.

  4. Took this twice – this morning I got Tasha. Took it again this evening out of procrastination, only changed two answers (National Portrait Gallery vs Huntington, and the book cover to the one I was going to choose earlier before seeing all the options) and got Bette. Either one is perfect! ☺️

  5. If the answer wasn’t Better Porter I was going to call this quiz a farce, a sham, created by a charlatan. Alas, I can not because, of course, my answer was Better Porter. I knew coming into this that was true. You nailed it. If only she would nail me.

  6. I got Bette the first time, went back and chose all different answers, still got Bette. But that is because it is 100% true! It has happened before, probs will happen again.

Also, this is a small-ish thing, but would it be possible to add a content warning about the knife play answer? Not to take it out, just a disclaimer. I personally find it really triggering.

  7. I got Bette who I sometimes think is destroying me from the inside but more importantly this quiz was truly a journey of genuinely interesting questions i was so pleased to be asked and answers and all the sandwiches are so beautiful and I just want to give this quiz an A+++

  8. Tasha and I mean, yes, absolutely.

Also I would like to immediately put forth a motion for there to be a follow-up piece where someone reads and reviews all of the included erotica titles, starting with I Watched Her Wash a Cucumber.

  9. I got Dani, which was a huge surprise! I am not generally drawn to ambitious people, but I mean…she DOES have great big vulnerable eyes, which are a very hard thing to resist in general, so?

  10. Yes. I am 100% open to letting Jodi destroy me. Please?

“There’s simply nothing quite like destruction at the hands of an internationally renowned sculptor (I assume). Jodi will straight up destroy you in the middle of her own art exhibition. You appreciate someone with a wild side who loves to stick it to the establishment. She doesn’t play by the rules, and you probably don’t either.”

  11. Amazingly detailed quiz, thank you for your service. You really went hard on those sandwich pictures, what are you trying to do to us? Are we not thirsty enough? I also love that when I got to the knife question I immediately thought of Killing Eve and then there they were.

  12. I would absolutely, without a doubt, in any given moment, on any given day beg, I mean, allow Bette to destroy me!! However, I got Shane and she was definitely my second option. So, for this I am grateful. Lol.
