Sorry to throw cold water on the Hope/Josie excitement but Kaylee Bryant tweeted that despite what the image makes it look like there are no romantic scenes happening between the two.
Of course not. Hope is saving herself for Lizzie.
Julie Plec tweeted that they had considered adding in a romantic Hosie moment to this episode, but that it didn’t feel right, but is definitely still in the cards. I kind of agree that right now Hope is figuring out her thing with Landon Hosie should have its own space, maybe next season. (Although of course I would love if Hope kissing Josie was The Moment that saved her from dark magic.)
Trying to put aside my numbness at the prospect of She-Ra ending, they better have a full-length final season! I don’t want Catra’s redemption arc rushed!
