  1. I think Sally Ride is probably the only one that Mustang Sally works for.

For the rest of us, whenever it comes on it means being condemned to drunk men suddenly feeling at liberty to gyrate close to you and lasciviously slur ride, Sally, riiiiiiiiiide

    So many nightmares.

    • YES. It is incredibly annoying that a song would dare to be called “Ride Sally Ride” and not be about Sally Ride. It’s even worse that it’s a hetero sleaze song. From the 70’s. She should be awarded retroactive posthumous copyright over her name and that stupid song should be deleted from existence.

Failing that, we should re-lyric it. Something about kicking the ass of anybody who demeans a woman’s powers of achievement or sexual self-determination or anything else.

    • I love that song, it’s one of my favorite David Bowie songs but it has kind of a downer ending…

  2. Everyone loves what you guys are up too. This sort of clever work and coverage!
Keep up the terrific works guys I’ve added you guys to blogroll.
