Playlist: Make It Spring Already

January and February can sometimes just seem like holding cells for the new season, when things will be green and pink and orange and basically anything but dead. And while we’re all promising to be better brighter beasts, it’s so very hard daunting when things are so very grey. So do you want to pretend it’s spring with me? OK GREAT.

  2. Is it winter? I tend forget here in the Bay Area where the only two seasons are 1) sunny & sorta cold and 2) sunny & warm (with a smattering of fog).

BUT for everyone else out there. I dare you to not think of warm weather and happiness after listening to this:

Glad You Came by The Wanted

Also, who wants to go to Ibiza?

  3. i really love that washed out song “feel it all around”. it’s the portlandia themesong but the whole album is really good. also the live version of “these are days” by 10, 000 maniacs (mtv unplugged). it kindof reminds me of high school but also gives me some kindof feeling of hope for the future. i listen to it even though i know for me these are NOT the days, but i’ll have those days again sometime soon.
