  1. This is really important. So many people are made to feel less or incomplete or just not enough in many of our spaces and since we frequently have felt othered in our lives we need to feel welcomed in spaces that should be ours. Thank You.

    • It’s exactly the reason why people came up with terms to describe what is supposed to fit under transgender. It’s really unfortunate especially because it shows the division that still exists in the community.

  2. Lovely. I think my fears about not being queer enough were mostly internal. And claiming my queerness has been really great.

  3. Wow, this is right on time for me! I’m turning 30 this month and I’m just now ready to date. I’ve spent half of my life feeling like I couldn’t really call myself queer until I “lived it.” I’m finally freeing myself from that. This is so validating!

  4. I’ve been having intense discussions with some people about Queer, whether it exists at all !

People are so very hard on each other.

So Thank You for this short, sweet and to-the-point message ! A definite PSA.

  5. Oh and can I just say YAY! and CONGRATULATIONS on the AQB website ! I’ve been thinking fiercely about your project ever since I first heard about it and working hard to find the right picture to submit. Maybe I’m being too intense, but I think careful consideration (ok endless agonizing) is warranted for this.

    Cheers !
