No Filter: Janelle Monáe Wants Your Birthday Wishes in Her Birthday Suit

Hello my loves! This is No Filter, the column where I grab photos from Instagram from our favorite celesbians and comment on their activities!

WELL HELLO MOST BLESSED AND GLORIOUS DAY WE ARE GRATEFUL TO BE HERE AND ALSO HAPPY BIRTHDAY JANELLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Yes this is basically hashtag spon con — but I am really into how Sarah got in: her movie, a Thanksgiving message AND promo for Happiest Season. This is skill!

Textures, patterns, jacket, and mask. Approve.

SORRY, I DO NOT CARE THAT THIS IS AN AD LOOK HOW CUTE I LOVE THEM!!!!

How on earth did Janet hire the sun to personally bless her thigh??

… this looks dangerous!!! Sigh, I am officially my mother.

I am thankful for Chef Melissa and her hair.

Perhaps I need to start… rethinking how I define simple?

Every single day I wish I possessed a single ounce of the effortless cool Trace does.

Hayley made a pie, which I love, as a person who has made…. three pies in the last week? Help? Or don’t, I probably need all this pie. (Two sweet potato and one pecan, for those who are curious.)

Alright, it’s been [insert amount of time here, like time has any meaning] and does anyone know what the podcast PANTS is about? Or… why? Or… how? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  1. Pants is silly and pretty much a podcast about nothing. Leisha and Kate from the get go said that they’re doing it for the lolz, and it might work, might not, but who cares because time has no meaning!

The L Word tidbits and behind the scenes stories are pretty cute. At the very least, the episodes with L Word’s cast members are definitely worth a listen.
