Okay, it's about to get real (delicious). Toss some sliced onions into a pan with olive oil. Saute them. Toss some roast beef slices in the pan near the end to heat them up. Toast some bread. Combine mayo with some ketchup and as much cayenne as you wish. Combine onions, beef, sauce, and some provolone or something on whole grain bread. Om nom nom.
