Dear Photograph,
Thanks for reminding me how easy it was to ice a cake when I was 4.
You’re going to look at all the photos on Dear Photograph and you’re going to have a lot feelings and memories and ideas. Specifically, “Ohhh! I miss my mom’s kitchen with the avocado-colored stove!” and “I used to have this stuffed lion– no! It was a tiger. This stuffed tiger and his name was Tiger…” and “Which of my photos can I recreate and submit this weekend?”
I mean, or maybe that was just me.

Wow, I absolutely love this. It actually looks like the person in the photograph could just step out and be alive again. Great find. ^ ^
brilliant!
I love this, but it’s three weeks too late because three weeks ago is when I said a true and final good-bye to my grandpa’s house (my favorite house ever and the location of about 85 percent of my dreams since I was a kid).
I think I’m going to cry.
<3
these where lovely
I had a stuffed tiger named Tiger! was that normal?
this is awesome.
Thanks for this, Laneia.
This makes me so happy and yet so sad at the same time. Now I’m going to spend the next hour looking through old photos while crying. Don’t tell anyone cause bois don’t cry.
my reaction exactly.
Such a clever idea, and yeah kinda sad at the same time too, especially when you realise that it’s not just your surroundings that have aged!
my stuffed tiger’s name was jade :(
