The cream thing was like separating it from raw milk, and I don’t even know where I could buy raw milk XD, but thank you for the suggestion! I think I will just make the ghee and buy butter and cream. I’m too lazy to be hardcore XD

You can only buy raw milk in a few states in the US, it’s illegal in a lot of them. That’s pretty ridiculous though, I’m sure using store-bought cream is just fine!

If you want to get fancy about the butter, Kerrygold Irish Butter is a step above the standard brands, but it’s still available in a lot of grocery stores, including Trader Joe’s.

Local farmer’s markets may have raw milk (depending on where you are) and I second the recc of Kerrygold! Or you can hit a Whole Foods and get the fanciest-looking European butter with the highest butterfat percentage (it’s the important part in recipes like this).

My roomie and I gonna be doing some strawberry-rhubarb and fluffernutter (vanilla marshmallow ice cream with chocolate and peanut-butter swirls) this weekend, so we’ll see how that goes. ICE CREAM MAKERS: THEY’RE THE BEST.
