One of my favourite episodes of television is season 2’s Isn’t It Romantic from the Golden Girls. It’s such a beautiful and respectful episode about a lesbian woman mourning the loss of her wife. Rose is so sweet and respectful to Jean. And of course, it contains the classic lesbian vs lebanese joke. Blanche being offended that Jean isn’t into her will never stop being funny.
