yes! I can vouch for their lipsticks and I’ve read a lot of reviews and they’re highly rated by all. My close second is Maybeline for something cheaper. I also use their concealer which comes in a tub, it’s so amazing, creme concealer for one is the best kind, I use it on blemishes but also on the eye shaddow area as a starting base with pressed powder to hold eyeshaddow for longer without getting in the creases as well as under the eye.
However my lipstick routine is foundation over the lips (I know it sounds weird but I do my foundation with a brush which makes it a bit less weird), then lipliner on top, best is to have one that is close to your lip colour (I use Devilish by MAC which is amazing) so you outline your lips doing the cupids bow first (bit under your nose then the bottom of your lip then join up the corners and colour in, also if you have an uneven lip shape you can fix this with lip liner. Then on top I use a lip brush to do a layer from corners to centre, then blot, I do 3 layers but don’t blot on the last, then I use a lipstick sealer on top. I guess it all sounds complicated but it lasts and this is why it takes me 45mins to do my make up when I’m going out :P

I personally think that MAC makeup is very good, their range of shades and the quality is impressive. And yes the concealer is simply magic :)
