Yeah, the UU presence in Lincoln is also a large part in the gay movement going on here– but it’s also due in part to the art hipsters and the college students at UNL who just have a lot of fucks to give. :)

Well, I know for a fact that once every summer, Lincoln gets hella gay because the International Thespian Festival for high school theatre troops is on the Nebraska campus. Not that this helps at all, but speaking from personal experience, it’s actually gayer than a pride parade.

Hey, I’m heading to THAT Cambridge this October :D … but, wait, is there really no gay scene?

I had a pride parade all of my own. Really is was just me walking up one side of main street and down the other with a tshirt with a rainbow on it. :( I think probably it just looked like I was just going for a walk though.

I don’t know how problem solvely college is but it will be a wonderful experience for you. I figure if the area has Junior Colleges with GSAs then the lib arts college will be way better off for it. You’ll be golden chee. :)
