My theory is that the girl isn’t their kid, but that Amy being in the tardis affected the unborn child or something. I mean, a pregnant woman jumping around in time?

My theory is that Amy is a Time Lady in human disguise, like the Master was in Utopia, but they find her watch and she turns back into a time lord and The kid is Rory’s. The theory of the Doctor as a half-human has been de-canonized, since it was just a thing in the movie. They just decided to ignore it with the 2005 reboot. (Donna was the first half human half timelady. and she was AWESOME :D)

Meh, I loved the “half-human” bit, it was the only thing that explained why he cared about us/earth so much. Too bad.
