for me personally sometimes I will ask someone out even if I know that they will say no just so my brain knows it’s 100% no and I need to stop thinking about them. Probably not always the smartest thing to do but for me it’s a way of moving on.

I guess it’s really difficult situation to be in but you have to accept however your partner chooses to respond and support her in that because I’m sure it’s even more difficult for her though she can know your opinion. Sucks that there are people like that in the world. Good luck.xx
