accidentally just grated off most of my right thumb [gross] but the lemon poppyseed biscuits came out fluffy on the inside with a toothsome, craggy exterior. even had a good balance of zing and sweet! this is the 4th vegan/GF baked good out of about 209 attempts that deserves the “good” in the handle so i’m pretty excited.
